We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect to support the growth and delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics practice. This is a senior client-facing role focused on designing enterprise-scale solutions, supporting value-led presales, and ensuring strong technical and functional alignment across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.

The Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect will work closely with clients, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft ecosystem partners to shape scalable, reliable, and business-focused solutions. The role combines deep platform expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solution architecture.

This is an opportunity for a senior Dynamics professional to contribute to high-impact transformation programs, support AI-enabled offerings, and help scale a growing Microsoft practice.

What You Will Do:

• Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with client business needs and transformation goals
• Lead solution architecture activities across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform engagements
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs
• Support value-led presales through solutioning, estimations, proposal input, and client presentations
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their processes, challenges, and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, integration, data, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Provide architecture guidance and governance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support delivery teams in managing solution risks, dependencies, scope, and design decisions
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices within the Dynamics practice
• Support the development of AI-enabled offerings using Copilot, Power Platform, and broader Microsoft ecosystem capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP/CRM implementation, or digital transformation
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with strong understanding of one or more areas such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Supply Chain
• Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise application design, and end-to-end implementation programs
• Ability to work with senior business and technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
• Experience supporting presales, solution proposals, estimations, and client-facing workshops
• Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with the Microsoft alliance ecosystem is a plus
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
