    The Immedis Product and Development Team has been fundamental in the design and development of enterprise-level cloud software and service-driven solution for the delivery of international payroll and global mobility tax services – firmly positioning Immedis as the market leaders in global payroll technology and services.

    What Are We Looking For:

    This passionate company is expanding and searching for motivated, talented and driven Business Analyst to join their growing team in Varna.

    As part of this team, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle for the next generation’s internal and external customer systems which enable our teams and clients to streamline activities across all areas of the business. This is a truly exciting role, working with customer-facing systems, leveraging the very latest technologies.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be focused on ensuring the quality of business requirements for internal and external clients. You will provide „best practice“ in understanding the requirements from product in order to align the business’s needs.
    • The key element of the role is focused on analysis, project design, which can be delivered thought the baseline capabilities of existing product. Most important – stakeholder management as well as expectation management.
    • Collecting and collating business requirements for our existing products as well shaping requirements for new product pipelines
    • Guiding and coaching the business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
    • Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement enquiries by solution design and project delivery teams.
    • Work with project teams agreeing approach and keeping them informed of progress.
    • Facilitate workshops required to understand and outcome, detailed requirements, and solution behavior
    • Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non-functional completeness of the solution
    • Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation that outlines requirement of stakeholder, traceable for testing team and understandable for development team. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the aligned business area and the trust of its business stakeholders.

    What Are The Desired Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills and good orientation and understanding of business processes
    • Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw conclusions
    • Ability to create systematic and consistent requirement specifications

    What Are The Advantageous Skills

    • Experience in the financial services industry
    • 1+ years of relevant experience
    • University degree in a relevant or related field
    • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
    • Background on large scale projects involving multiple applications
