We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to lead our agile delivery teams building complex fintech corporate solutions.  You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for your team(s), work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers in true Scrum fashion — daily stand-ups and continuous collaboration, meeting as often as the work requires — and turn business and market needs into shipped product. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and grooming a sprint backlog.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for your team(s)’ area of the dashboard and payment gateway systems, keeping the roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.
• Lead one or two agile/Scrum teams as Product Owner — driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery flowing smoothly.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog so it always reflects the most valuable features and improvements, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, leadership, and the development team — translating expectations and business needs into deliverable work.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously enhance the product and drive the rollout of new features and optimizations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, delivering software in an agile environment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or online payment products.
• Advanced Jira skills for backlog management, sprint planning, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Strong command of Scrum and/or Kanban, with a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the SDLC.
• Experience collecting and prioritizing requirements from business leaders and technical teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience within the online payment/payment gateway industry.
• Experience leading two or more agile teams simultaneously.
• Competence with Asana for task assignments, project tracking, and workflow customization (alongside Jira).
• Understanding of user-centric design and experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Familiarity with the technical concepts behind payment processing, merchant dashboards, or enterprise SaaS.
