    We are looking for an Expense & Mobile Product Owner/Manager in our offices in Sofia.

    Summary of the role:

    In this position you will be part of the Corporations IT Product Management team and be responsible for managing our cytric Expense product lifecycle, from assessing and prioritizing customer requirements to coordinating with Engineering teams to deliver features, and supporting go-to-market activities. In addition, you will oversee innovative projects geared towards bringing on-trip payment and automation capabilities to our cytric Mobile app. The perfect candidate has a proven experience in product management, IT project management, software engineering or technical pre-sales. We are looking for passionate, committed and customer-centric individuals that can think out of the box and lead the way with excellent communication skills..

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Drive or influence the product vision for cytric Expense & Mobile in line with overall business unit strategy and customer needs
    • Analyze customer needs and translate them into product evolution requirements in coordination with customers and customer-facing units
    • Contribute to overall product roadmap prioritization with key stakeholders and management
    • Define Minimum Viable Product and Minimum Marketable Product scopes
    • Ideate /drive innovations in the area of expense management automation and on-trip payments
    • Coordinate with Engineering throughout the development and release cycle for new features
    • Act as Product Owner in a SAFe environment: create and prioritize user stories, participate in SAFe/agile meetings including PI planning, sprint forecast and demos
    • Influence UX/UI design in coordination with UX Strategists, Analysts and Designers
    • Define and monitor product success metrics (e.g., adoption)
    • Ensure go-to-market readiness of new features in coordination with Marketing and Go-to-Market units. Contribute to product communications (e.g., release discovery, webinars, sales enablement materials). Ensure key product features, benefits, Unique Selling Points and value proposition are correctly communicated to markets and customers
    • Support customers’ adoption of new features during piloting phase. Iterate on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or MMP (Minimum Marketable Product) scope with a test-and-learn approach
    • Contribute to product serviceability (e.g., support, consulting and e-learning) in strong collaboration with Service Designers
    • Support pre-sales and sales efforts through advanced product presentations and demos
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action as necessary

    About the ideal candidate:

    • Master’s degree in an information technology field, or an equivalent combination of related Bachelor’s degree and work experience
    • Minimum 5 years experience in IT product management with experience on a large range of functional areas. Other relevant experiences include IT project management, software engineering, technical pre-sales, sales engineering and consulting.
    • Fluent English
    • Listening/Reading: Can easily understand everything heard or read. Can understand a wide range of demands, long texts, and recognise implicit meaning. Can summarise information from different spoken and written sources
    • Speaking: Can express himself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations
    • Writing: Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects
    • Ability to filter information gathered from varied sources about business environment, market, industry and organization and retain the most important elements
    • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skillAbility to effectively build relationships, promote a collaborative and team environment, and influence others
    • Ability to work in & embrace a multicultural environment
    • Responsible more than accountable. Committed to excellence. Ability to go the extra mile when needed.
    • Experience / proficiency in Corporation IT solutions (online booking tool, expense management) would be a plus Other relevant experiences include mobile app development, payment, procurement and finance IT, Travel IT in general.
    • Experience in agile / SAFe is a plus
