JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of innovative AI and Generative AI solutions from initial ideas through PoC and implementation. The role combines business analysis, project definition, stakeholder management, and innovation, working closely with customers, technical teams, and project leads.

You’ll help translate complex business and engineering challenges into clear requirements and actionable use cases, ensuring that the solutions we build address the right problems and deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer needs into clear functional and technical requirements;
• Define project scope, objectives, use cases, deliverables, and success criteria;
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with customers, business stakeholders, domain experts, and technical teams;
• Analyze existing business processes, data flows, and pain points to identify opportunities for AI and automation;
• Support the creation of WBS structures, project plans, estimates, milestones, and roadmaps;
• Work closely with AI specialists, data scientists, developers, and project leads throughout the development lifecycle;
• Define and document user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process descriptions;
• Support the identification and prioritization of AI and GenAI use cases;
• Participate in PoCs and experiments, helping validate both technical feasibility and expected business value;
• Define and track business and project KPIs to evaluate whether solutions meet their intended objectives;
• Manage and align expectations across customers, business stakeholders, and development teams;
• Identify project dependencies, risks, assumptions, and requirement gaps early in the project;
• Work within the innovation team, helping turn new ideas and technologies into practical solutions;
• Support the transition of successful PoCs into scalable solutions and further development;
• Communicate project findings, recommendations, progress, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software, data, AI, or other technology-driven projects;
• Experience defining and leading requirements for new projects or solutions;
• Strong experience with requirements gathering scope definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Experience working directly with customers and technical development teams;
• Ability to understand complex business and engineering problems and translate them into structured requirements;
• Good understanding of software development and project delivery methodologies;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to take ownership and drive topics from initial idea through definition and validation;
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, data, and emerging technologies;
• Comfortable working in an innovation-focused environment where requirements may evolve during experimentation;
• Open to occasional business travel when needed;

Nice to have:

• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and common GenAI concepts;
• Experience with technical or engineering customers;
• Experience defining and evaluating PoCs, Proofs of Value, or innovation projects;
• Experience with process modelling, data analysis, or Power BI;
