Join our internal IT Team as an IT Security Specialist (m/f/d) — either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or flexibly remote from within Bulgaria.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and regularly update security policies, standards, and guidelines in line with emerging threats and best practices.
• Configure and harden IT systems, applications, and services, ensuring secure baselines and least‑privilege principles.
• Perform ongoing risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability evaluations across the organisation.
• Recommend, plan, and implement mitigation strategies to improve overall security posture.
• Manage and optimise security solutions such as EDR/XDR, MDM, DLP, and Microsoft 365 security tools.

Your Skills:

• Strong experience with Endpoint Protection (EDR/XDR), Mobile Device Management, and Data Loss Prevention solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
• Expertise in system configuration, hardening, and secure baseline management.
• Ability to identify risks, analyse vulnerabilities, and propose effective mitigation measures.
• Independent, proactive working style with strong learning ability and excellent English skills.
