    HPE GreenLake Management Services leverages HPE’s best practices for operating on-premises IT environment by delivering Monitor, Operate, and Administration Services. The framework addresses the operational challenges through the service operations stage of the infrastructure, covering servers, storage, networking, hypervisor, backup/restore, and security, as well as middleware and applications for both HPE and selected non-HPE assets.

    The Senior Network Administrator is the leading technologist within our managed services delivery organization.

    He/she will deal with complex technical cases, will coordinate technical activities within the delivery projects and will collaborate intensively with the respective internal and external partners – account managers, delivery managers, customers, service architects, transition managers and team members.

    How you’ll make your mark:

    • Apply broad technical skills in Network and Security to operate within remote data center service management team
    • Handle complex technical cases
    • Deliver strategic account support
    • Coordinate technical activities for one or more customers
    • Act as a consultant in service delivery and certain technology or application
    • Drive and govern all contract defined ITIL practices and be the interface person towards customer and delivery engine
    • Act as HPE Change and Problem Coordinator and attend Customer Change Advisory Board (CAB)
    • Mentor and assist team members on complex situations (incidents, problems, changes, escalations etc)
    • Participate in the design of support solutions
    • Assist local account teams or project managers in solution planning, delivering, and managing complex support solutions
    • Lead customer expectation management as part of escalation process
    • Manage technical knowledge transfer and maintain training plans
    • Support or lead service transition projects
    • Customize solutions for our customers in the domain of application availability, performance monitoring and reporting and IT Service Management (ITSM) and drive their implementation.
    • Conduct internal trainings
    • Lead all type of internal projects
    • Use improvement methodologies, lead, participate and support quality improvement initiatives.

    About you:

    • Superior knowledge and experience in CISCO routers, switches and firewall devices, TCP/IP, routing, BGP, VPN and network security
    • Proven experience in Service Delivery or relevant IT background
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • ITIL Certification is desired.
    • Motivation to learn and develop further in the IT field
    • Fluent English, German language will be considered as advantage
