Endpoint Management Engineer

About the Role

Experienced Endpoint Management Engineer needed to support modern device management across enterprise environments using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM). The role focuses on secure, scalable, and automated endpoint solutions in a hybrid setup.

Experience Requirements

Strong experience in endpoint management

Expertise in:

Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)

SCCM / Configuration Manager

Co-management (Intune + SCCM)

Windows Autopilot

Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills

Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID

Understanding of endpoint security and IT operations (ITIL)

Experience supporting large-scale environments

Nice to Have: 

Citrix / VDI environments

Service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Endpoint analytics / digital experience tools

Core Responsibilities

Manage and optimize endpoint platforms (Intune & SCCM) in a co-managed environment

Oversee device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance)

Deploy and maintain applications across endpoint platforms

Implement security and compliance policies

Automate processes using PowerShell and endpoint tools

Support patching cycles and vulnerability remediation

Manage cloud and hybrid integrations (e.g., CMG)

Handle hardware and driver lifecycle management

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational metrics

Participate in support rotation and incident resolution
