    • Identify and recommend changes/improvements to the process and infrastructure design.

    • Provide L2/L3 level support.

    • Consult with internal team and end users to determine system requirements and specifications.

    • Act as a member of a quick-response team. Will often work under demanding deadlines, operating independently to resolve complex problems.

    • Be part of an on-call rotation.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Resolve incidents and problems effectively and in a timely manner.

    • Providing 24X7 production support and available for escalations. Also, ready to work in any shift.

    • Responsible for implementation of medium to complex components of a project module, change request.

    • Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions.



    • Batch Job Status Status Checks

    • Batch Job Duration reporting

    • Alerts, Job Runs, Number of Transactions.

    • Experience of Error handling in Jobs.

    • Monitor the jobs for all ABENDS (batch failures) and escalate to appropriate personnel.

    • Escalate to the higher tier team within HCL and/or apoBank in case of any alerts / failures

    • Job Restore / Restart as per the Standard Operating Procedures

    • Reschedule jobs in case of Job Failure as per the Standard Operating Procedure

    • Batch Job Transaction Reports

    • Trend analysis of the job processing time. Check if unexpected time is taking.

    • Calendars updating

    • Scheduling the jobs in the Job Scheduler as per the schedule in collaboration with app teams

    • Experience in UC4 scheduler to initiate and manage jobs automatically by processing prepared job control scripts and statements.
