    Team description & Purpose of Role:

    The Systems team is responsible for the support and development GTT’s Business Support Systems, Finance & Billing systems, HR Systems and Business Process Quality and compliance. The key objectives of the team are to ensure the availability and continuous development of the key business systems. The group aims to drive Integration and Automation by developing applications and services that generate revenue, drive efficiency and create Customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Use business analysis techniques to support programmes and projects run by the team
    • Capture project and programme requirements (both process and system) in functional specifications using business analysis elicitation techniques
    • Document new process reflecting changes according to the GTT’s Process Architecture
    • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
    • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
    • Document business requirements for systems changes and follow-up to ensure systems development is in line with those requirements
    • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
    • Facilitate UAT, training and implementation activities to support fast adoption of new processes and early realisation of business benefits
    • Ensure communication of process, system and documentation changes  to the business and users
    • Ensure process and system change is controlled and released according to the defined mechanisms
    • Define KPIs and measurement points for processes and ensure that the teams are aligned to these, contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    Experience Required: 

    • Experience of documenting processes and/or system requirements in a fast moving environment, preferably in an international  IT/Telco services business
    • Familiarity with collections, billing and finance a plus
    • Ability to map process using mainstream standards
    • Worked within structured program/against a process framework.
    • Ability to analyse and present verbal and numerical information to any level of stakeholders.
    • Strong Visio skills and developed understanding of other Microsoft Office Applications, High Level PowerPoint Skills an advantage
