Scrum Master

Accessible through one interface, it provides a holistic solution, assisting Advisors with technology, investment, and back-office needs.We are looking for a proactive, servant-leader–minded Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams toward delivering high-quality products with focus, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach team members on Agile principles, and help foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Facilitation:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning,
• backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure ceremonies are purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-driven.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy, prioritised backlog.

Team Coaching & Development:

• Coach the team on Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Promote self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous learning.
• Identify team dynamics issues and help resolve them constructively.

Delivery & Execution:

• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
• Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burn down, cycle time) to
• support transparency and improvement.
• Encourage predictable delivery through sustainable pace and clear commitments.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business
• stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Help manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive a culture of experimentation, feedback, and incremental
• improvement.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
• Support organisational Agile maturity through coaching and knowledge
• sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in a software
• development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the
• broader Agile mindset.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals at different levels of Agile maturity.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
