Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team. In this role, you will lead software engineering, helping us drive excellence by championing efficient and maintainable coding, automated testing, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities:

As our Engineering Manager, you will:

• Manage and develop our engineering team
• Oversee implementation and execution of our platform
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Delivery Manager to execute on product roadmap
• Mentor and drive stable and high-quality code deployments
• Identify and remove impediments
• Establish and enforce coding standards and practices

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in managing and leading engineering teams
• 10+ years of experience using Java
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Relational Databases
• Familiar with agile methodologies
• Practiced Secure Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience using containerisation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Practiced Automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
