Team/Tech Lead – Java

For an outstanding product company, we are looking for a Team/Tech Lead

• Hands-on development position with lead a team of software engineers
• Deliver consistent delivery of high-quality software
• Collaborate with the product owner in managing the team backlog
• Proactively help for the development of team members
• Be an example of excellence and create a self-organizing team
• Recognize accomplishments and achievements
• Help for/Guide/Implement the proposed software architecture

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience developing commercial software products or web-based software products
• Good soft skills and lead potential
• Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases
• Excellent experience with JAVA
• Experience with Git or another DVCS
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of JS
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile

Advantage:

• Excellent knowledge of Spring, microservices, Rest APIs,
• Knowledge/Experience with developing performant & scalable applications
• Knowledge of React

Guidance and on-boarding will be provided.
