DataStage ETL Developer

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and support IBM Infosphere DataStage ETL jobs.

Extract, transform, and load complex data from multiple regions/applications into Salesforce.

Provide technical assistance to DEV/QA/UAT teams during testing phases.

Perform performance tuning of ETL jobs as needed.

Produce technical documentation for each release.

Support US Eastern Time zone business hours.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in full SDLC.

5+ years of ETL development experience with IBM DataStage (preferably experience with v11.7)

5+ years of SQL database development experience involving multiple, complex queries and stored procedures.

2,3+ years of ETL development experience integrating with Salesforce. (preferably)

3+ years of experience with API services.

Experience with DevOps processes and tools (GitLab, Jenkins).

Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong drive for results and ability to work independently.

Demonstrated commitment to quality and project timing.

Experience with Agile methodology and tools (Agility).

Nice to Have:

Experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting and file management.

Experience with Tidal Scheduling tool.

Experience with Oracle database, sFTP, Connect Direct.
