DataBase Admin (DBA)/ DataOps

We are looking for a seasoned DBA for an outstanding product company with great benefits

Responsibilities and Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of Working experience as (an infrastructure) DBA/dataops position managing ONE of the following DB: Vertica OR Cassandra OR Mysql OR MariaDB (experience with only one of those DBs is enough)

Proficiency with Linux servers – A must

Strong with automation in python or ansible

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team – A must

Passion, Curiosity, dedication, and desire to be the best and continue learning new processes and technologies – A must

Advantages (not obligatory):

Working experience with Kafka – advantge

Experience with DevOps tools (git, Jenkins, GitLab, ansible, terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes) – a big advantage

Experience with AWS/ or Vmware – advantage

Knowledge of Any Data platform in AWS – advantage

Experience with ETL pipelines. – big Advantage

Bachelor’s Degree – advantage

Performance tunings and performance issues debugging – advantage
