The role requires expertise in retail customer onboarding processes, research/analytical skills and strong communication skills. A basic knowledge of project management practices is beneficial but may also be learned on the job.
The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving and analysis and can seamlessly transition between back-end tasks (e.g. research, testing, drafting business requirements) to communication-centric tasks (e.g. liaising with external eKYC vendors and/or internal stakeholders).
