What you`ll do:

The CLM AM A&A UI Services Team designs and implements full-stack SAPUI5 Applications to handle the requirements of the rapidly growing SAP Cloud Business.

In the customer facing SAP4Me universe, we develop a variety of applications to provide SAP Cloud customers with maximum transparency about their services and landscape in one central place. Particularly noteworthy is the Customer Service Request App, which allows customers to easily book and plan services for their SAP offerings and landscapes in a cloud-like manner. Through tight integration with the Service Provider Cockpit (SPC), the SAP Cloud Fulfillment Tool, customer services can be delivered very quickly and automatically.

As a UI Developer in this product owner team, your responsibility is to implement SAPUI5 applications and dashboards, starting from the OData service in the RAP framework to the corresponding UI. You are involved in the requirement engineering and design phase (supported by UX-Designer), reviewing requirements for feasibility and planning, and specifying the work packages, which will later be implemented by you and the team in the agile working model (SCRUM). The solutions provided will also be maintained and supported by the team. Special attention is given to resilience and performance of the solution, as the product is directly available to the SAP customer.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience as a front-end developer, with a focus on SAPUI5 development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a strong understanding of modern web development principles and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SAPUI5, including MVC architecture, data binding, and UI5 controls.
• Familiarity with SAP Gateway and OData services is a plus.
• Experience with SAP HANA Modelling and RAP Framework for CDS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
