QA Automation Engineer

Overview of the role:

We are looking to expand our three-member team in Sofia. Joining our QA automation team you will help us keep our quality in all our products and internal tools, by designing, implementing, and ongoing improvement of our testing framework.

Your contributions will be development of the test strategy, ensuring it aligns with project goals, organize and capitalize on testing efforts, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. You will take charge of testing efforts across various projects, utilizing your expertise to assist the team in meeting challenging deadlines

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

• You will help us design and execute test plans to identify and report defects in software products
• Maintain and improve our testing processes, tools and our QA processes
• Document test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in software testing for at least 2 years
• Experience with a variety of engineering & testing methodologies and tools such as:Java / Selenium / CucumberJVM
• Experience working with version control systems such as GitHub
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
