Contribution and key responsibilities:

• Sets up, tests and monitors automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency with minimum possible risk of errors

• Works with Business Analysts, Product Owners and other cross-functional SMEs to define and deliver business impacting projects

• Maps the as-is/to-be process and translates the process into automated steps

• Uses various tools for creating and managing automated processes – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) framework (UiPath), Python (e.g. Selenium, Beautiful Soup) or Oracle database capabilities (Functions, Procedures, Packages, Types, Job Scheduler

• Supports the launch and implementation of RPA solutions

• Monitors and maintains automation post-implementation and resolves any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

For efficiency and effective role performance:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Data/Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance

• Professional experience – at least 1 year relevant experience

• Experience using UiPath (preferred) or another RPA framework

• (Desired but not essential) Experience with SQL or PL/SQL

• (Desired but not essential) Experience with general-purpose programming language concepts

• (Desired but not essential) Experience with Python

• Fluency in English – at least B2

• Team-working skills and attention to details
