For our key partner, a leader in the field of electronic device manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced expert to be actively involved in the SAP4HANA implementation process in the position of:

SAP ADMINISTRATOR/INTERNAL CONSULTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a pivotal role in the company’s implementation of SAP4HANA;

• Responsible for maintaining smooth system performance, managing user access, and efficiently addressing support inquiries.

• Researches and analyzes business processes in the company and departments;

• Provides information to the implementer regarding the needs of the company compared to the preliminary descriptions;

• Provide foundational support to the SAP team in managing SAP system administration.

• Oversee transport management, including executing transports, managing user access, and addressing support requests, incidents, service requests, and system changes in SAP.

• Conduct system analysis, provide support, and monitor SAP systems, coordinating with service providers and preparing necessary documentation;

• Facilitate coordination between SAP Basis service providers, the SAP team;

• Participate in change management by developing and executing rollout and process plans, preparing documentation, and conducting testing regarding business processes;

• Assist in designing and implementing SAP authorization management;

• Collaborate as part of the project team responsible for the future transformation of the system landscape;

• Work together with the project manager in setting up and operating integrated systems and cloud connections;

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

•The position is suitable for specialists who would like to develop in the SAP field and are looking for a suitable opportunity to perform;

• At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, user management, and GRC expertise;

• Appropriate education e.g. (but not required) – computer science, network administration, IT, or a related field is required;

• Previous experience in supporting the implementation or consulting of SAP 4 HANA will be a very strong advantage;

• Experience working as a consultant on SAP projects will be considered beneficial;

• Very good written and spoken English and very advanced computer literacy;
