As a leading provider of Insurance solutions, Fadata group constantly strives for excellence. In response to a corporate Agile transformation program where Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 5.1) is being implemented, Fadata Group is looking for an experienced Scrum master that can support not only the processes enhancement but the shift in the cultural mindset as well. In a company where waterfall has been the traditional and dominating methodology you will be a leading “change angel” to support and anchor the introduced changes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building and guiding Scrum teams within the IT industry. It will have an experience in leading Scrum teams in a coordinated fashion. Certification in SAFe will be considered a significant plus.  On interpersonal level the candidate will be able to demonstrate a growth mindset, excellent command in English, great presentation and communication skills and high energy levels.

• Guiding cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Support the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog.
• Actively remove impediments across the way and support the teams to achieve the sprint and PI goals.
• Collaborate with fellow Scrum masters and Product owners on a daily basis in order to guarantee the smooth Fadata Agile Release Train (ART) operation.
• Working in the tight collaboration with the system train roles: Release train engineer, System architects and Product managers.
• Be a fadata “Change Angel” in promoting the agile culture and mindset shift.
• Be a key part of the Program increment planning (Pl planning) organization.
• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe rituals (Daily scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Inspect and Adapt, PI Planning, etc.
• Provide visibility on the progress of the Scrum teams and Agile Release Trein.
• Drive continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and appropriate metrics.
• Guide and encourage the adoption of agile and continuous delivery best practices.
• Be a servant leader to the Product development team and lead by example.

• Strong organization skills in terms of time management and dependency identification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and lead large group discussions.
• Previous Project management experience in an Agile/Scrum oriented organization
• Understanding of SAFe principles is a significant plus..
• Ability to handle arguments professionally and with ease.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or any other related field.
• Experience in a product development company is considered a plus.
• Agile/ Project management related certification (PMP, PSM, CSM, or other) is a plus.
• Experience with agile transformation is a plus
