    Job Description

    We’re currently looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant who will determine the client requirements for complex analytical solutions across the full range of Experian solutions and products through the provision of consultancy support, while ensuring the relationship with the client is productive, professional and mutually beneficial.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage in a consultative way with Experian clients to identify problems and define, design and deliver analytical solutions
    • Define and design solutions for the whole customer lifecycle and for regulatory parameter estimation and validation projects based on Experian Decision Analytics best practice solutions
    • Communicate effectively with the sales force, participate in pre-sales activities and provide consultancy support to the sales force when required to achieve KPIs
    • Identify opportunities to deliver analytical projects to clients and conduct feasibility studies in support of sales activities
    • Contribute to winning new business from new and existing customers – nurture and enhance existing client relationships; identify and progress opportunities to enhance existing solutions and cross sell other products and services
    • Suggest market adequate solutions in the Analytics and regulatory area
    • Demonstrate good project management skills and act as a project manager for analytical projects
    • Align with local resource manager for resource requests on the projects the individual is involved in
    • Develop strong working relationships with managers and executives within client organizations to add value to client’s business and achieve project objectives

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 5+ year of experience within consultancy or model development experience with Credit Risk Models
    • Degree or equivalent standard, with a high numeric content e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, Physical Sciences
    • Experience in programming and data preparation (SAS, SPSS, etc.)
    • Able to shape and define solutions matched to requirements
    • Excellent PC skills, especially in Word PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to build and maintain solid long-term relationships
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
    • Credit risk management, Basel Accord, IFRS 9, Collections and Customer management expertise
