    We are searching for a Program Director who to be responsible for ensuring successful management of on-premise, hosted and Cloud/SaaS portfolio of software projects though an integrated program management approach. The Programme Director ensures successful orchestration of multiple areas such as Go-to-market, Product Management, Development, Delivery and other readiness functions and workstreams.

    As a Program Director your primary goal is to deliver high levels of client success and operating efficiency through efficiently and effective executed, end-to-end, project and process improvement plans.

    The Programme Director is a key decision maker that actively works with Global and Regional technical advisers, development/delivery colleagues and/or other relevant stakeholders to identify and agree the best options, resolve issues throughout the programme and agree decisions without the need to escalate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating core process for SAAS enabled solutions, end to end from handover to presales and into delivery into support and feedback loops
    • Designing and mapping the end-to-end processes that will be used to deliver Experian’s SaaS product portfolio and services. These processes will include, but not be limited to: Capturing and delivering requirements for Use Cases pre-launch (aligned to product roadmap), Capturing and delivering enhancements to Use Cases post-launch (aligned to product roadmap), Client Onboarding & Offboarding, Client Transition, Release Management, Support Model, Client Success, Billing & Invoicing
    • Taking high-level process definitions down to a level of detail that will enable functional job descriptions, procedures and systems to be written/designed and tested
    • Building an in-depth understanding of SaaS processes as they cross workstreams, global and regional functions covering sales/presales activities, client onboarding, system activation and service management, platform performance and billing
    • Creating the supporting process collateral (process charts, improvement opportunities, templates) and making sure this is well organised and accessible to all functions and SaaS workstream owners.
    • Selecting and implementing/refining process tools to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Setting up process metrics and monitoring. Including value analysis, a hand-off analysis, a cycle time analysis, a process yield analysis and an assessment of customer value
    • Manage a programme of activity around innovation roadmap delivery, with iterative (pilot, prove, fail, improve cycles) development & deployment of game-changing capabilities across the Delivery organisation
    • Delivery of complex Program related projects per agreed time / budget / scope / quality / change control criteria
    • Defining, sourcing and managing the necessary resources to complete these projects, making timely changes where necessary to achieve project objectives
    • Ensuring the development of accurate project plans and budgets
    • Oversee a programme of product delivery readiness activities, focussed on core go to market population
    • Ensure there is a complimentary cycle of engaging and effective communications to support the programme of work

    • Communicate effectively to the Global and Regional stakeholders at technical and CxO levels
    • Working closely with other managers and Leaders within the group to help, guide and have input into project and process reviews and regular team meetings

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience of working in a global and matrixed environment and having previously led a global/virtual team both directly and through influence capacity
    • Previous experience in B2B enterprise software or data analytics for clients, and experience in regulated industries such as banking / credit sector would be an advantage
    • Experience of leading process improvement, using agile methodologies and rapid prototyping, across large and complex enterprise-wide integration solutions is required
    • Knowledge of B2B software configuration delivery and SaaS delivery models
    • Will be able to lead or support the creation of business cases and securing investment to drive Program success or related process improvement activities
    • Ability to build, manage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they have all the relevant information available
    • Excellent written and oral communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present integrated Program management opportunities, progress and risk management effectively in English
    • Capacity to pro-actively transfer knowledge, train and mentor other resources in the company
    • Ability to motivate and engage a global team
    • Organisational and time management skills
    • Agile, Lean and SDLC/DevOps knowledge and related technologies is required
    • Proven ability defining and executing on the Programme’s purpose and direction in terms of vision, mission, values and objectives
    • Ability to encourage innovation & deliver/fail fast in a proof-of-concept driven environment
    • Strong understanding and application of Program and Project Management competencies including stakeholder management, contractuals, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and integration
    • Strong understanding and application of change management competencies
    • Strong ability to manage relationships whilst maintaining trusted relationship with team and peers Effective leadership, coordination, motivation, negotiation and dispute resolution skills
    • Ability to influence and build productive relationships with key programme stakeholders (both internal and external)
    • Financial literacy to forecast and manage programme & project budgets
    • Experience of project governance against improved project delivery lifecycle processes and escalated risk mitigation and issue resolution
