    We are currently looking for a Database Developer highly proficient in Oracle PL/SQL(Maternity Cover) to join our Solution Development Team.

    Working for a global organization this role is responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing database systems through a delivery model to an agreed timescale and quality.

    You will be responsible for ensuring best practice approach to developments and delivery of solutions and continued improvement of technical standards.

    This role requires to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to provide technical support and identify new requirements.


    • Develop and implement database systems based on customer requirements.
    • Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and data flows to support application development.
    • Troubleshoot database related issues and perform bug fixes in compliance with the SLA.
    • Gather user requirements and identify new features. Taking technical decisions and how to implement them.
    • Provide data management support to users and other developers.
    • Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements.
    • Follow team/project coding standards and source code management policy.
    • Write technical specification for the delivered projects.
    • To work and process Projects and Tasks based on their priorities.
    • Follow Security and Production access policy.
    • Attendance to regular team meetings and to the full development lifecycle stages.


    • 3+ years of professional experience with Oracle 12c and PL-SQL.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field.
    • Practical experience of the development lifecycle and methodologies.
    • Practical experience with version control systems.
    • Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
    • Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Teamwork abilities.
    • Analytical thinking abilities.
    • Having documentation skills.
    • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
    • Being able to plan technical solutions.
    • Deadline oriented mindset.
    • Working level of English.
