Estafet is a rapidly expanding, UK-based IT integration company specializing in Integration, IoT & Data/Insight projects. Formed in the UK in 2001, we opened our Sofia office in 2014, and this has grown to 50+ specialist developers and testers working on high-profile clients and projects. Our customers are UK-based FTSE 250 companies.

We are looking for Java developers who are technologically strong and are able to problem-solve and deliver quality code. 

We have an excellent reputation for delivery and quality, reflected by our partnership status with Redhat.

Essential skills:

• Very strong Java skills, preferably  Java 8+, Spring, SpringBoot
• Experience with web services – Restful web services
• Appropriate testing approaches/tools (JUnit)
• Build/Deployment tools (Maven or Gradle)
• Familiarity with CI (Jenkins)
• Knowledge in SQL or NoSQL DBs
• Practical use and configuration of source control management repository (SVN, Git)

Technologies we also use & like (it will be great if you have experience with any of them):

• Apache Kafka
• Elasticsearch
• Docker
• Kubernetes 
• Scala

Other essential details of your background:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience/qualification)
• Desire to learn new technologies
• Good communication skills
