What You’ll Do

Build migration solution from on-prem to Microsoft Azure cloud

Drive Infrastructure as Code development by translating business requirements together with solution-, network- and cloud/infrastructure architects into software and provide modular code that can meet scaling requirements and future demands

Develop and manage CI/CD process for business application and automate as many processes as possible

Version control system setup, branching strategy tracking and support

Involvement in such activities as: service designing, future strategy planning, capacity, and performance prediction

Manage knowledge transfer and mentoring for other Azure engineers and teams

Drive changes and continuous improvements of development process

Contribute to architecture and infrastructure designs

Learn and apply new Microsoft Azure cloud technologies

What You Have

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Advanced knowledge of core Azure services, either IaaS or SaaS set: Azure Function, Azure API Gateway, Load Balancer, Application Gateway / WAF, Event Grid, AQS

Strong on Storage technologies: Azure Blob Storage, Azure File Storage, CosmosDB, Azure Datalake Storage

Proficiency with Azure components administration

Familiar with MS stack of application development frameworks

Advanced sysadmin skills: Linux or Windows

Good understanding of Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC, BSD Zones, etc.)

Solid experience with CI/CD: (Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD, Travis, CodePipeline or Bamboo)

Relevant scripting / coding experience for developing automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java, .Net, or other)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Motivation to acquire new skills continuously

Strong problem-solving characteristics

Clear, concise communication skills and good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have

Azure certification

The following experience is considered as a big plus. However, if you do not have some of these – we are ready to train you:

IaC: Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates

Version control systems: git, Subversion or CVS etc

Good knowledge in TCP Networking

Experience with monitoring tools
