    Job Description

    As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Agile Leads, ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Guide a team of Agile Leads, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.
    • Agile Expertise: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-domain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.
    • Project Support: Assist in defining and executing small projects, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and intervention.
    • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts, ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
    • Proven experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
    • Proficient in Continuous Improvement strategies.
    • Knowledge of Governance & Assurance principles.
    • Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to create and communicate clear goals aligned with business strategy.
    • Experience in talent recruitment, development, and retention.
