We are looking for a Part-Time Illustrator/Graphic Designer 🎨 to collaborate with our team and bring our visual ideas to life. This is your chance to make a real impact and flex your design skills in a role that offers both creativity and flexibility. Are you ready to get started?

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• 👩‍💻 Design stunning visuals: Work on assets like blog and landing page visuals, infographics, and in-app visuals.
• 🔎 Collaborate with our team: Translate creative briefs into visually compelling content that aligns with our brand.
• 🛠 Refine and improve: Update existing designs and ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
• 📊 Create and test: Develop designs for A/B testing campaigns, analyze performance, and explore opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive tasks for increased efficiency and impact.
• 💡 Ideate and innovate: Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our brand’s visual presence and work on process-automation and optimization to ensure a speedy delivery.

Here’s what you bring to the table:

• 👏 A strong eye for detail: You know when a pixel is out of place and how to fix it.
• 🎨 1–2+ years of graphic design experience: You have a portfolio of work that showcases your creativity and versatility.
• 📃 Proficiency with design tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Lottie.
• ⭐️ Adaptability and communication skills: You can take feedback constructively and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• 🎯 Self-starter mindset: You can manage your time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• 🏴 Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.

A bit about us:

Enhancv started in 2014, and today it’s a highly profitable B2C startup. We fly to meet each other sometimes, plus we organize a team-wide retreat once a year. We have ambitious growth plans 🚀🚀🚀 and that’s why we are expanding. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Managers, Writers, Designer, and other team members to bring creative projects to life.
