Our data team has expertise across engineering, analysis, architecture, modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science. This discipline is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust data infrastructures, and enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Elaborate data solution architectures.
• Ensure the availability and use of appropriate tools and methods.
• Advise on technical aspects of solution development and ensure correct application of strategies, policies, standards, and practices, including security.
• Develop and implement master data management processes, including classification, security, quality, ethics, retrieval, and retention.
• Create data management structures and metadata for consistent information retrieval, analysis, and interpretation.
• Plan effective data storage, sharing, and publishing within the organization.
• Provide expert guidance on database and data warehouse architectures, software, and facilities.
• Ensures design supports performance and availability, and data warehouse design meets business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Oversee all software development stages, planning and driving construction activities.
• Adopt suitable methods and techniques, monitor adherence to standards, including security, and contribute to organizational policies and guidelines.

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale data platforms and applications.
• Experience leading teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional).
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
• Background and experience with cloud data technologies and tools.
• Familiar with distributed computing environments.
• Experience implementing ELT processes and Data pipelines.
• Experience with major RDBMS (SQL Server preferred).
• Background and experience with data tools and technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and other Data warehouse tools
• Experience with Real-time and Batch processing; serverless processing.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python, Scala, or similar.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Open to working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team.
• The ability to take the initiative, drive the project and innovate.
• Having a proactive attitude towards solving problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good client-facing skills.
