This is the reason why we are expanding our Operations Department Team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing technical support to customers before and after-sales
    • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
    • Answering technical-related queries in a timely manner following the art guidelines, and technical limitations, and preparing the art elements in the required format
    • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance
    • Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in a good condition
    • Managing and leading both external and internal communication

    Requirements

    • Providing reports to developers and stakeholders on product performance

    • Managing and leading both external and internal communication
    • Experience in managing customer relationships and software release
    • Experience in Project/Account management
    • Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills
