This is the reason why we are expanding our Platform&Payments Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure and maintain CRM and Player Engagement systems according to business and regulatory requirements.
    • Set up and manage campaigns, bonus offers, loyalty programs, player journeys, and segmentation rules.
    • Implement and test business rules, workflows, triggers, and automation.
    • Ensure correct configuration of bonuses, promotions, and communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
    • Support new product launches and market rollouts by preparing system configurations.
    • Perform UAT, regression testing, and post-release validation of system changes.
    • Monitor system behavior and resolve configuration-related issues.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, BI, QA, and Development teams.
    • Collaborate closely with AM and new clients during the onboarding process.
    • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and gaming regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Optimove, Braze, or similar).
    • Hands-on experience with system configuration rather than only user-level operation.
    • Understanding of player engagement / loyalty / bonus mechanics in iGaming or digital platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
    • Experience in the iGaming / betting / fintech / high-traffic digital products environment.
    • Good communication skills in English.
