Senior Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the needs and requirements of the organization regarding the network infrastructure
• Designing computer networks, including Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), according to the requirements and budget of the organization
• Determination of appropriate technologies, equipment, and software for building the networks
• Develop plans for scalability, redundancy and disaster recovery
• Cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers in the selection of equipment and software
• Preparation of detailed documents and specifications for the project networks and systems
• Assistance in testing and implementation of new network solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• Certifications from established networking organizations (e.g. Cisco, Juniper) are an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network design or administration
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies and architectures
• Skills in working with network simulation tools
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail oriented and highly organized
