Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions.

• Fine-tune and optimize NLP models to meet specific business requirements and performance standards.

• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and related fields.

• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure efficient data pipelines and robust feature engineering.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform model development.

• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed models, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.

• Document methodologies, experiments, and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on machine learning and natural language processing.

• Expertise in developing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure and/or Google data ecosystems).

• Experience in the iGaming industry or a similar high-volume, data-intensive environment.
