Senior BI Specialist, Online Games

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets effectively.
• Administer Tableau Server environments, including managing user permissions and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous validation and testing protocols.
• Provide comprehensive data support and actionable insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor ETL processes, data streams, and database loads to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Identify and propose new key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to support organizational goals.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for data processes, data sources, and key metric definitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, including Data Science, DevOps, and Network Engineering.
• Manage project tracking and documentation workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical data solutions.
• Optimize dashboard performance and data queries for enhanced user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in developing solutions with Tableau; familiarity with other visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker) is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL database.
• Familiarity with Python is preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
