We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic PMO department, working within the PPM (Portfolio & Project Management) team. This role involves managing cross-functional projects related to software development, platform integrations, and business process optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs
• Ensure alignment with clients and business stakeholders through regular communication, updates, and expectation management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration between internal departments and external partners
• Track project progress and key performance indicators, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary to maintain project stability
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing process enhancements
• Support and guide team members, fostering a positive, productive, and accountability-driven environment
• Ensure adherence to internal standards, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Experience in the gambling industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies and experience with SAFe is considered a plus
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization and problem-solving under pressure
• Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment
• Fast learner and self-starter with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery
• PMI or SAFe certification is considered a plus
