Program Manager, Platform&Payments

This is why we are expanding our Platform&Payments Department team and are now looking for fresh and enthusiastic people to join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of multiple projects within our iGaming B2B operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing complex programs, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of strategic programs and projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables, aligned with company objectives
• Provide clear, structured, and timely communication on program status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and external partners
• Drive the adoption of program management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to define, manage, and control program scope and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify and resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between business goals and program deliverables
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, helping to break down silos and align teams toward shared objectives
• Track, measure, and report program performance using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and governance materials
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers leading individual projects within the program, ensuring consistent delivery standards and best practices
• Coordinate and supervise the work of multiple Project Managers, aligning project plans, dependencies, risks, and timelines across the broader program
• Review and challenge project plans, estimates, and delivery approaches, supporting Project Managers in risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Ensure governance, reporting, and delivery consistency across all projects within the program, acting as an escalation point when required
• Support the professional development and performance of Project Managers through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Program and/or Project Management, preferably within the iGaming, gaming, or technology industry
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with B2B platforms and/or SaaS products, ideally within the iGaming ecosystem
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including online casino, sports betting, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs and interdependent projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and deadlines
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating Project Managers within large or complex programs is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, release planning, dependency management, and change control
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking capabilities, with a proactive and structured approach
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience with program and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and reporting/tracking systems
