Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of tools and technologies for integrating, processing, and building large-scale platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members
• Enforce design patterns and standards; Conduct solution reviews and provide improvements as necessary
• Designing robust, production-grade services, considering solution alternatives, and providing recommendations on the most optimal solution.
• Take part in the entire product lifecycle: architecture design; gap analysis; health and performance assessment; development of features
• Evaluating software solutions and technology trends
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 3+ years’ experience as a software architect or Lead role
• At least 5 years of software development experience using C#
• Experience with the design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient with microservice-based architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and patterns, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to establish technical leadership
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills
• Independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact
• Fluent in English
