About the Role:

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all visual communications meet our high standards of quality and align with our brand identity.

In this role, you will mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in graphic design, with experience leading projects or teams
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma)
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an already defined style
• Experience in visual arts, computer graphics
• Proficiency in typography and image composition
• Superb attention to detail, pixel perfect, creative thinker, problem solver and a passion for making quality products
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, image composition, typography, web and print
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in web and mobile design trends

Extra contribution:

• Digital painting techniques with graphic tablet
• Experienced in the casino industry and familiar with betting sites
• Education in Graphic Design or a similar creative field

Responsibilities:

• Set the design vision, style, and brand guidelines for projects
• Mentor, train, and review the work of junior and mid-weight designers
• Oversee design tasks from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
• Present design concepts and translate feedback into actionable revisions
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Reviewing layouts, fonts, colors, and design quality
• Create design concepts, game interfaces, symbols, backgrounds, and other visual elements in collaboration with a Creative Team, Game Developers and Product Owners
• Conceive the game interface and menus
• Work closely with the designers, developers, animators, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of game design elements into the final product
• Follows the art guidelines, technical limitation and prepares the art elements on the required format
• Design and production of assets
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in game design, technology, and industry trends; to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of slot game designs
