    As a DevOps Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps solutions to streamline our software development lifecycle. You will work closely with development, SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure and quality assurance teams to enhance collaboration, automate processes, and optimize infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices, along with good communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Architecture Design: Design scalable and resilient DevOps architectures that support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Tool Selection and Integration: Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate DevOps tools and technologies to automate and improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.
    • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure.
    • Monitoring and Logging: Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the health, performance, and availability of systems and applications.
    • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for securing DevOps pipelines, environments, and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Integrate DevSecOps practices and tools.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication between development, operations, and quality assurance teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost optimization in DevOps processes and infrastructure.
    • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to disseminate expertise across the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer, DevOps Architect, or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies, practices, and principles.
    • Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
    • Configuration management and IaC: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation.
    • Virtualization KVM, Vmware.
    • Experience with public clouds like AWS, Azure, GCP.
    • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containerd and other cloud native tools.
    • Experience with one or more monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch and other technologies related to monitoring.
    • Linux and scripting knowledge, no matter Bash, Python, or other scripting language.
    • CI/CD processes with Jenkins, Gitlab or other tools.
    • Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, OLAP databases or others.
    • Knowledge in Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
