Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D graphics, animations, and visual effects for online casino games, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Develop 3D characters, objects, environments, and animated scenes aligned with iGaming themes (slots, card games, sports betting)
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, UI/UX Designers, and the Marketing team to maintain a cohesive visual identity
• Optimise 3D assets for web and mobile platforms, ensuring performance-friendly output formats
• Design promotional banners, landing page visuals, and social media content incorporating 3D elements
• Participate in the full creative process — from concept and moodboard through to final render and delivery
• Maintain and organise internal asset libraries and render pipelines
• Stay current with iGaming design trends, 3D techniques, and emerging tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Designer, Motion Designer, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3ds Max
• Experience with render engines: Octane, Redshift, Arnold, or V-Ray
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of animation principles, lighting, texturing, and composition
• Portfolio demonstrating strong 3D work (mandatory submission)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the iGaming, gaming, or entertainment industry
• Knowledge of Spine, DragonBones, or other game animation tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or vector-based workflows
• Experience with real-time 3D engines (Unity or Unreal Engine)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile and web applications
