About the Role
As a Growth Engineer, you will report into our Growth Director and will support our Growth and Marketing team. Your daily tasks will range from front end development and maintenance of the marketing website, to automating processes and systems as we scale.
Design, build & scale top of funnel marketing experimentation and analytics
Develop and maintain our marketing website
Build & maintain our WordPress CMS (content management system) for analyst reports (this will involve building custom blocks and widgets)
Analyze data from marketing/sales/cs systems and create reports based on this information
Help automate and scale processes, creating documentation to support this
4+ years Web Development experience
Strong WordPress expertise (building custom blocks and widgets)
Strong experience using Google Analytics and Google Optimize (or similar e.g. Optimizely, VWO, launch darkly, etc)
Experience with 3rd party marketing integration tools
Experience using A/B testing tools
Nice to have:
Experience with Python on the back end (or similar)
Experience working with and building APIs
