D365 F&O Functional Consultant (Mid/Senior)

Our partner is a leading consultancy company renowned for delivering exceptional D365 solutions.

If you have hands-on experience delivering full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and enjoy leading client-facing financial transformation projects, this role could be a strong next step in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing requirement gathering sessions and translate financial processes into system solutions.
• Participate in full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations (from analysis to go-live).
• Perform hands-on configuration of Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project module).
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare solution design and training documentation.
• Estimate tasks and support delivery planning.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to validate enhancements.
• Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to track progress and tasks.
• Contribute to defining future improvements and financial system roadmaps.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively when needed.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Solid understanding of financial business processes.
• Hands-on system configuration experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Strong communication skills.
