    We are currently looking for Senior Citrix Administrators. As a Senior Citrix Administrator, you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by implementing and supporting state-of-the-art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime of customer production environments. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing changes, coordinating implementations and managing systems. You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

    Technical Competencies required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Extensive experience in administrating Citrix server, application and desktop virtualization (Citrix XenServer, XenApp, XenDesktop)
    • Extensive experience in administrating Windows Server 2012, 2016 and later versions (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting)
    • Experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and XenMobile is considered a strong plus
    • Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS…)
    • Experience in public/ private cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) is considered a strong plus
    • Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing
    • Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter
    • Experience in administrating Windows-based File & Print solutions
    • Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations
    • Ability to write and update concise and logical technical documentation, including, but not limited to diagrams, charts, specifications, and design models
    • At least basic understanding knowledge of Backup and Restore tools for MS platform operating systems, Basic SAN knowledge
    • At least basic networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT, IPv4, IPv6).
    • Microsoft or VMware Certification is a plus
    • Experience with a ticketing system is a plus

    • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
    • Ability to communicate at an executive level and articulate business value of technical solutions
