    We are searching for a new member of our team who is eager to help develop applications for our Insurance Business customers in Europe. Together we grow professionally and take part in the integration of a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution for managing the whole insurance business, which has more than 100 implementations in 25 countries across the world.

     

    Daily challenges

    • Participate in daily activities regarding program coding, testing and implementation
    • Take lead development roles on projects including responsibility of the full development lifecycle and architectural decisions
    • Contribute to modifying company products and/or customer/ internal systems
    • Design, prepare, and execute unit tests
    • Perform code and peer reviews while following the best practices
    • Develop and review feature design documents and provide input/ update to specifications for the solution
    • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members

     

    eXperience and skills required

    • 5+ years of experience with GraphTalk
    • Experience in Workers Compensation Insurance domain
    • Knowledge in the Financial or Insurance sector
    • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related technical field
    • Good knowledge and understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Relational Databases
    • Practical experience with REST and SOAP API technology would be an advantage
    • Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
    • Service oriented behavior and good communication skills to handle internal and external clients
    • Good command of English as the working language
    • Knowledge of French or Spanish would be an advantage
