    We are searching for a C++ Developer who is eager to join our successful team in Bulgaria and help develop applications for our Insurance Business customers in Europe. Together we grow professionally and take part in the integration of a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution for managing the whole insurance business, which has more than 100 implementations in 25 countries across the world.

     

    Daily challenges

    • Participation in a multi-cultural scrum team with colleagues around the globe.
    • Planning, research and development of new features and bug-fixes of a modern cloud-based application.
    • Working in a nurturing environment supporting others and getting support from people with more than 20 years in the company.
    • Participation in communities of practice and sharing know-how with other teams.
    • Working together with product specialists, dev-ops, QA and documentation colleagues on daily basis.

     

    Experience and skills required

    • At least 2 years of hands-on C++ development experience on Windows and Linux environments.
    • Proficiency in using make, bash scripts, object-oriented programming concepts, Git, and building shared libraries.
    • Solid grasp of C++ Standard Template Library (STL).
    • Knowledgeable in Java, Java Script, React and experienced in utilizing ticketing systems for issue tracking.
    • Proven track record of resolving issues, including verification, isolation, correction, testing, and documentation.
    • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related technical field.
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of Databases.
    • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
