We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a:

                                                                             User Access Management Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of access management specialists, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance environment.
• Set clear goals, prioritize workloads, and ensure effective task distribution and execution across the team.
• Act as a key point of coordination between your team and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of team processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Oversee access management operations, including granting, modifying, and revoking user access rights.
• Ensure that access management practices align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.
• Contribute to the first line of defense by supporting risk management and internal control activities in line with the Internal Control Policy.
• Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, service desk, and business teams to ensure secure and seamless access processes.
• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards related to access management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Background in access management, IAM, or information security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, IT Service Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of IAM platforms, role-based access models, and access governance principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
