Power Platform Application Developer

This role sits within the Processes & Projects Team and acts as the link between Corporate Banking business teams and Technology. The Product Manager is responsible for improving and managing internal banking systems such as lending, document management, collateral management, and core banking platforms.

Join the CRM, Data & Automations Department within Corporate Banking to design, develop, and optimize business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, data management, and process automation across the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and define automation objectives with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications.
• Support user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure development follows best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Strong SQL, ETL, and data transformation skills.
• Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards, reporting).
• Knowledge of RPA technologies and process automation.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, governance, and security.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Power Platform certifications are highly valued.
• Experience with C#/.NET and comfortable use of AI are considered advantages.
