We are looking for talents that will become part of this great team. The specific position we are looking to hire for is: Data Governance Expert

What you will be doing:

• •Maintain Data Governance Model: Contribute for applying of data governance model, including list of data domains, data-related roles and responsibilities, and data elements in scope. Regularly monitor and report on the progress and performance of data domains.
• •Promote Data Standards: Collaborate closely with data teams to implement and promote data governance rules and processes. Support data actors for data definition, completing and maintaining the data catalogues. Supervise and propose corrective actions to achieve the set data-related targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate for Project Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams in an Agile environment for data-related use cases to implement data governance standards in the target solutions.
• Contribute to Data Quality Excellence: Support data teams in implementing and tracking data quality indicators, setting data quality targets, and supporting root cause analysis and remediation activities. Monitor and report data quality at the bank-wide level across domains.
• Enhance Tools and Processes: Support improvement and optimization of data governance tools and processes. Encourage usage of data management and data analysis self-service tools. Promote and coordinate knowledge sharing and culture enhancement regarding data management across DSK Bank.
• Support Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a high level of expertise in regulatory compliance related to data functions across the Bank and proactively address compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Banking, IT, or related field, with strong expertise in business and data analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of data management processes, data quality indicators, metadata, and common data management tools; Very good knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Agile & Collaborative: Practical experience working in Agile project environments and coordinating cross-functional teams of business, IT, and other key stakeholders.
• Compliance: Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
