We are looking for Cloud Platforms Officer, that will become part of this great team.

The Cloud Platforms Officer is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cloud platforms. The role ensures alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives, maintaining security, performance, and cost efficiency across all cloud environments in Microsoft Azure. This role would help us drive our cloud governance and strategy forward. You will work directly with the Head of Cloud Services & Operations to ensure our Azure and external SaaS platforms are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost.
This position plays a key role in defining and enforcing Cloud Governance Framework principles, supporting the implementation of the Cloud Strategy, along with the adoption of DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices across cloud operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evolve the organization’s cloud platform portfolio to meet security, scalability, and efficiency standards.
• Align cloud architecture and operations with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the Cloud Governance Framework, associated policies and the company wide principles and standards.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
• Evaluate and approve use of cloud components and services, ensuring integration with enterprise systems.
• Implement effective control mechanisms for cloud resources, cost management, and security compliance.
• Support implementation of the DevOps and IaC principles and practices with respective cloud policy enforcement.
• Track and report on cloud platform performance, governance adherence, and financial optimization.
• Identify emerging technologies that improve resilience, security, and operational excellence.

Your background:

• Knowledge of Azure governance models and principles.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud platform management or cloud architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, be familiar with multi-cloud ecosystems.
• Understanding of cloud governance models and controlled domains as defined in the Microsoft Azure CAF.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST and DORA
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into governance controls and mechanisms.
• Excellent collaboration skills and cross-team communication.
• Analytical and structured, approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
