We are currently looking for an outstanding Technical Project Manager to join our engineering team and successfully manage their work process for mutual success!

Your everyday adventures will be:

• Directing and coordinating multiple web and mobile projects from initiation phase through to implementation phase
• Translation of business requirements into technology solutions and participation in the analysis, evaluation and choice of development toolchains
• Working closely with cross-functional teams in order to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with our clients’ goals and our business strategy
• Project estimations and resource planning
• Tracking and reporting on progress. Aiming for delivery of quality solutions on time;
• Proactively managing changes and improvements in project scope, identifying issues and driving for resolution
• Managing relationships with new clients and partners
• Ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis
• Organizing and facilitating of daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint. Creating an environment in which the team is continuously learning and encouraged to reflect and improve their delivery capacity
• Coordinating communication between teams and facilitating productive discussions
• You may also have people management responsibilities

What kind of person we need:

• At least 4 – 5 years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated PM track record in web projects
• Full understanding of how to manage an end-to-end technical  project lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch
• Demonstrated experience simultaneously working on multiple projects with multiple partners
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile
• Strong background in different aspects of technology including object-oriented programming languages. Experience in .NET, PHP or JavaScript is a plus
• Experience facilitating rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and according to client requirements
• Experience using an agile delivery management platform, JIRA preferred
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field is a plus 
• Fluent English language.
